FlyOOBE 2.4 Legacy
Legacy OOBE toolkit retained for version-specific workflows.
Flyby11 Classic
Legacy in-place-upgrade utility. Read the limitations first.
Before downloading
Read the workflow guide, prepare backups and understand that unsupported Windows 11 installations are not supported by Microsoft and are not guaranteed to receive updates.
Method and primary sources
The editorial team separates product generations, checks statements against the developer repository and Microsoft documentation, and avoids guaranteeing outcomes on untested hardware. Procedures are written to preserve evidence and recovery options before changes are made.
